Policy

Please read prior to booking

Please arrive with clean lashes, free of makeup, oils, or creams, and avoid caffeine 1 hour before your appointment. All services are non-refundable, and a $20 fee applies for same-day reschedules, payable before booking a new appointment. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid charges.
